There is no secret that best way to prevent the onset of Type II diabetes is to key on:
1. exercise
2. diet
3. avoid excessive weight gains or weight loss.

may i ask why diabetes was not detected in some of the people? maybe they didn’t bother going to the hospital. or maybe because they just didn’t care? if they still have mild diabetes, then they should ask for an american diabetic diet from their doctors. that will surely help manage diabetes.
